Position Summary

Momentous is looking for an Office Manager, which will report to the VP of Culture & People. This person will be responsible for creating and maintaining an inspiring and organized office environment that embodies our organizational culture. They will also create and deliver team building activities and events within the organization and facilitate the onboarding of new team members. The Office Manager will help us to “own our backyard” by identifying and facilitating ways for Momentous to engage with the local community.


  • Manage all Park City physical office needs including fulfillment of office supplies, employee perks, cleanliness and organization of office
  • Own all shipping and receiving for the office, including VIP box fulfillment
  • Organize team lunches (including delivery) and activities
  • Handle all necessary signage and internal office communications
  • Plan and execute staff activities and company wide events as well as local community engagement
  • Meet and greet recruiting candidates and coordinate the run of show during their visit
  • Coordinate new hires' onboarding and facilitate employee offboarding process
  • Administer Google Workspace and company app/platform access
  • Assist executives with light calendar management, coordinating travel and other limited administrative tasks


  • Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years of directly related experience
  • Proven ability to prioritize and reprioritize tasks based on a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to balance operations and implement strategic/innovative solutions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias towards action
