Position Summary

The Sales Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Sales function of our organization to achieve revenue and customer targets. This position is primarily focused on orchestrating daily sales operations and providing administrative support within the Sales team.

  • Daily Communication with Strategic and Team Sales: Facilitate regular communication channels between the Strategic and Team Sales departments to ensure alignment and efficiency in sales operations
  • Sales Order Processing: Manage the processing of sales orders efficiently and accurately to streamline the sales pipeline
  • Designing New Processes: Continuously assess and innovate sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in achieving targets
  • Drive Functional Reporting: Assist in generating and analyzing functional reports to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Reviewing and Updating Strategic and Team Sales Pricing: Collaborate with relevant teams to review and update pricing strategies for strategic and team sales
  • Daily Communication with the Director of Strategic Sales: Maintain regular communication with the Director of Strategic Sales to ensure smooth coordination and execution of Sales activities
  • Sales Product Order Processing: Support the Sales team by processing product orders related to all areas of the Sales Team efficiently and accurately
  • Communicating with Third Parties: Liaise with third parties for coordination and registration of team sales events and order entry ensuring seamless execution
  • Attend and Staff Sport/Fitness Events: Represent the organization at sport and fitness events as required, providing support and assistance as needed


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales/growth coordinator role
  • Experience in customer management and services
  • Familiarity with Shopify is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Experience in a startup environment is advantageous

This position is a hybrid role in-person out of our Park City, UT office, and requires travel up to 10% of the time with potential for increased travel during conference and trade show seasons.
