POSITION SUMMARY:

Momentous is actively seeking an experienced and dynamic Practitioner Sales Representative to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a vital part in promoting all of our health and wellness products and solutions to healthcare practitioners, with a particular focus on business development and spearheading the growth in this channel. The ideal candidate will embody our values, possess exceptional sales acumen, and thrive in a hybrid work environment.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with healthcare practitioners, clinicians, and wellness professionals, aligning with Momentous commitment to genuine connections and collaborative partnerships across all product lines
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Momentous product offering and effectively communicating its unique features, benefits, and value proposition to practitioners
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies
  • Collaborate with practitioners to provide training sessions, webinars, and educational resources that highlight the benefits of integrating Momentous into their practices
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in health and wellness
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to practitioner engagement and satisfaction
  • Drive new business growth through proactive sales funnel management and new account development

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, healthcare, etc.)
  • Proven success as a sales professional, 3-5 years preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry
  • Strong understanding of health trends and practitioner needs
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
