POSITION SUMMARY:

The Innovation Project Manager will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution in all product initiatives related to product development and management. You will work closely with cross functional teams including suppliers, marketing, supply chain, sales, and CMOs to ensure timely delivery of high quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives. Ensure innovation, success of all Momentous products tailored specifically for enhancing high performance for our customer.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Research and Analysis:

• Identify market trends, product gaps, and customer needs
• Conduct competitor analysis including pricing, form factor, formula and unique sourcing opportunities
• Customer and community engagement and feedback directly with our products and consumers
  
  

Concept Development:

• Develop product briefs and sourcing targets for new product development projects
• Lead prototyping, flavor ideations & product sampling process
• Coordinate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams involved in the product development process
  
  

Continuous Improvement:

• Iterate on the product improvements based on user feedback and market changes
• Lead sourcing and research for new ingredients, suppliers and packaging opportunities
• Assist product evolution and improvement strategies for core portfolio products
• Coordinate product testing and validation activities, ensuring that products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
  
  

Post-Launch Evaluation:

• Analyze the product's performance post-launch
• Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales and customer satisfaction
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks that may arise
• Gather insights to inform future product iterations or innovations.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5-7 years of prior experience in product coordination, project management, product development, management consulting, or a similar role preferred
• Experience working at a top-tier consulting firm
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform decision-making
• Knowledge of product development processes, including ideation, design, development, testing, and launch

LOCATION:

• This is a hybrid position out of our Park City, UT office and requires travel quarterly. Relocation support to be provided if needed.
