Position Summary:

We are looking for a self-motivated Influencer Partnerships Manager who is passionate about helping to build a brand through the creation of an innovative content strategy that educates, empowers and inspires consumers while driving broader cultural engagement. You will be responsible for activating and executing our paid and earned influencer programs. This role is integrated cross-functionally and touches all parts of the marketing funnel.

You will execute efforts focused on partnerships, strategy, and relationships with all influencers. This includes anyone who can influence an audience, including, but not limited to: scientific experts, health and fitness experts, celebrities, ambassadors, bloggers, branded accounts, creators, and customers. The objectives touch many parts of our business, and this person’s toolkit includes storytelling, brand development, community building, and new customer acquisition. The overarching mission of this role and function is to build trust in Momentous and drive new customers and subscriptions through authentic storytelling. We’re looking for help developing and executing our unique and highly engaging influencer affiliate program. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.


  • Build and execute the strategy for our Affiliate Rev Share and Ambassador Programs
  • Manage work streams and output of affiliate agency and internal affiliate to drive results in the channel across brand portfolio
  • Identify partnership opportunities that can meet efficient CAC goals, create business proposals and collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Track and report on key metrics including number of partners (i.e. new partner growth), partner revenue, AOV, LTV, conversion rate for partner driven activities and provide monthly reporting to internal stakeholders
  • Plan and troubleshoot technology/analytics integrations with affiliate management platform (TUNE and Commission Junction), direct integrations with new networks, and manage reporting integrations with internal partners
  • Own channel performance and represent your work to senior marketing leaders, drive the channel strategy, and own the forecasting, roadmap, and goal setting processes
  • Prepare detailed reports, tracking progress (by partner and campaigns), analyze results, identify and troubleshoot issues
  • Work closely with the Director of Growth Partnerships—to create growth strategy and KPIs that complement both the paid and unpaid sides of our business
  • Recruit new partner opportunities to launch and test innovative traditional and non-traditional affiliate campaigns with strategies that align with brand business plans
  • Stay on top of emerging affiliate marketing industry trends to evaluate new management approaches, publisher models, or technologies that can help the business grow and keep us one step ahead of competitors


  • 4-6 years of Affiliate and/or Influencer Marketing experience with a proven track record of working cross-functionally to hit team goals and KPIs
  • Experience building and scaling in-house affiliate programs—unpaid ambassadors and/or rev share models as well as publisher affiliates
  • Analytical thinker that is proficient in Excel/Sheets
  • Strong collaborative, and cross-functional mindset
  • Highly organized, creative problem solver who always has a “can do” attitude
  • A motivated and curious self-starter who is comfortable with autonomy, brings big ideas to the table, and operates with a sense of urgency
  • Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple work streams at once
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks at once

This is a hybrid position in Santa Monica, CA, with travel required quarterly.
