Momentous is looking for an eCommerce Specialist to have a key role in supporting the eCommerce team and delivering an exceptional customer website experience. Reporting to the Director of Ecommerce, your main responsibility will involve providing support for day-to-day site maintenance. These various tasks include, content updates, constructing landing pages using a CMS platform, reporting website errors to the development agency, overseeing the product catalog, and communicating with third-party applications and partners to troubleshoot and
resolve issues.
The ideal candidate will function with a bias towards action and always willing to roll up sleeves to get the work done. The role requires someone who is a self-starter, has great attention to detail and tremendous passion for their work. This role supports Momentous’ mission of democratizing high performance by contributing to best in class customer experience on our website.

This position is hybrid in-person in our Santa Monica office or Park City headquarters.

Momentous is looking for an eCommerce Specialist to have a key role in supporting the eCommerce team and delivering an exceptional customer website experience. Responsibilities:
- Assist on whatever is needed in day-to-day site maintenance and related tasks
- Execute on content changes using Shopify Plus, Prismic CMS platform and other third-party applications
- Maintain product listing pages, creative assets, copy, and video ensuring the accuracy of all product information
- Perform monthly site audits, checking products, collection filters, navigation, links, etc., to ensure the site is functioning correctly
- Support weekly reporting needs
- First point of contact of customer support issues or technical problems with the site
- Triage, test and document issues, escalating to the Director of eCommerce as needed
- 1-2+ years of Ecommerce experience at a DTC e-commerce company or similar experience
- Experience with Shopify Plus or a similar ecommerce shopping platform
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and experience in data entry and reporting a plus
- Great communication and collaboration skills to work effectively cross-functionally
- Passion for a high performance lifestyle including personal knowledge and curiosity for supplements and sports nutrition
