About Your Opportunity

As a Product Operations Specialist, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth workflows, tracking key metrics, and contributing to the overall success of our next-generation business travel platform. Key Responsibilities
- Document and own the sprint cycle and stakeholder touchpoints that happen on a sprint-by-sprint basis.
- Streamline the product release process including our approach to release communications, feature flagging, A/B testing, and data collection.
- Identify opportunities for streamlining and improving product development processes.
- Collaborate with product managers and team leads to implement efficient workflows.
- Establish and manage processes for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating product feedback from various sources to inform product prioritization.
- Collaborate with customer support, sales, and other teams to ensure valuable insights are integrated into the product development cycle.
- Work closely with the customer success team to understand user pain points and areas for improvement.
- Propose and implement operational enhancements to address customer experience challenges.
- Oversee the use and optimization of project management tools, ensuring teams are utilizing them effectively.
- Establish and communicate best practices and processes surrounding the product stack tools.
- Identify and automate routine operational tasks to free up time for the product team.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for product development processes, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
- Work with product leadership and HR to optimize the onboarding process for new team members.
- Act as a liaison between product, engineering, and other teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment on project timelines, milestones, and potential roadblocks.
- Collaborate with the data analyst to translate data into actionable insights for the product team.
- Assist product managers in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success.
- Provide support in project coordination activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking action items, and managing project documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Own the sprint cycle and release processes and communications.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in product operations, or a similar role.
- Experience working in a product development environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated understanding of customer needs and experience.
- Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Productboard, JIRA, Qualtrics, etc.) is a plus.
- Proactive in seeking ways to improve processes and operational efficiency.
